We’ll match you with the correct Building Safety Director

Once we have identified the type of competence required, we can then select the appropriate Building Safety Director for the RTM or RMC as the Accountable Person. Our Safety Directors are highly qualified and experienced in managing building safety, and they will work closely with you to ensure that your building is compliant and ongoing standards.

Our Building Safety Directors are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service. The role of the Building Safety Director is one of assurance, standing short shoulder with you using their skills and knowledge to help assure yourself that the building is safe for residents and complies with Act.

Step 3

We will set up your Building Safety Platform to get started and on-going

On selecting the appropriate Building Safety Director, we offer a building safety software solution and systems for managing to help you and your Building Safety Director get started and on-going support to help you manage your building’s safety.

This may include training for you in the building safety procedures and protocols, assisting you with closing gaps in compliance, liaison with the Regulators to Managing Agents, regular building safety are suitable and sufficient, and ongoing support and guidance to ensure that your building remains safe and compliant at all times.

Your MANAGING AGENT will access your online system QUOODA® where they will update your compliance and risk accessment activities, this in turn will help you keep your Building Safety upto date.

As an Accountable Person you will have full visibilty of your building safety status through your dashboard so that you can demonstrate your ongoing interest in complying with the Building Safety Act.

The REGULATOR will access your online system QUOODA® where they will verify your Building Safety Case Report demonstration.

The Regular needs to do this easily and efficiently which will reduce the number of hours you’ll be charged under the 100% recovery legal requirement.

Your BSM Solution TEAM will set up your QUOODA® Platform with your details and building details, together with setting up the rules for your safety case to stay upto date and demonstrate safety management. Where required you will also be supported with ongoing help and updates.

The Regulator needs to see that you have the intent and arrangements in place to manage building safety.

As an ACCOUNTABLE PERSON, you will be demonstrating that you are compliant and have a genuine culture in keeping the residence safe at your building.
